FAQ
Ordering & Cooperation
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
As a one-stop provider, we offer flexible MOQs for various products. For large digital devices (such as dental chairs), we support orders starting from one unit; for smaller devices such as dental sensors or anesthesia boosters, we recommend bulk orders to optimize shipping costs. Please contact our sales team for a detailed quotation.
How can I become your distributor in the local market?
We are currently recruiting partners globally, particularly in Africa, South America, and the Middle East. If you possess the necessary medical device distribution licenses and after-sales service capabilities in your local area, please submit your company profile through the “Contact Us” page, and our manager will contact you.
Do you support OEM/customization services?
Yes. For partners with branding needs, we offer OEM services for a certain volume or more, including logo and packaging customization.
Products & Technology
Are digital imaging devices compatible with existing management software?
Our digital sensors and imaging panel scanners both support the standard DICOM protocol. We offer TWAIN drivers for seamless integration with mainstream dental image management software on the market.
Is the power supply voltage of the device compatible with my country?
Our equipment is designed with the global market in mind. Portable devices typically use wide voltage charging (110V-240V), while for stationary devices (such as dental chairs), we will configure the appropriate power supply and plug standard according to your region (e.g., 110V in North America or 220V in Africa).
Do your products have relevant international certifications?
All the core equipment we supply (such as X-ray machines, sensors, etc.) meets internationally recognized quality standards and holds CE or ISO certifications, ensuring that it can pass through local customs smoothly and be legally used in clinical settings.
Shipping & Logistics
Which countries do you support shipping to?
We offer global shipping services. We have established logistics routes in Africa, the Middle East, and South America.
What is the typical lead time?
Regular inventory products will be shipped within 3-7 business days after payment is received. Large orders or customized orders typically take 15-20 business days. Air freight usually takes 7-10 days, while sea freight takes approximately 30-65 days depending on the destination port.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the weight, volume, and destination of your goods. We have long-term partnerships with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and professional ocean freight forwarders, enabling us to provide you with the most competitive shipping quotes.
After-sales & Support
What is the warranty period for the equipment?
We offer a standard one-year limited warranty. For certain core components of digital imaging equipment, the warranty may be extended to two years, subject to an agreement.
How can I get technical support if the equipment malfunctions?
We offer 24-hour online response. For digital products, our engineers can provide remote troubleshooting and software installation guidance via TeamViewer or video call. If hardware replacement is involved, we will send spare parts or have it handled by your local authorized dealer.
Can I receive product operation training?
Yes. We will include a detailed English user manual with the shipment, and video tutorials are available for download on our official website. For large equipment, we also support online training..
