II.Warranty Policy and Duration
We offer a standard warranty on all core equipment sold. The warranty period begins from the date of shipment (based on the bill of lading date):

The following situations are not covered under the free warranty:

III.Service Response Process
We have established a standardized three-step rapid response mechanism:
1. Repair Request: Please submit a description of the fault, serial number (SN), and relevant pictures/videos through the official website support page, email, or instant messaging tools.
2. Remote diagnostics: Our technical engineers will contact you within 24 hours to perform initial troubleshooting and provide guidance via video call or remote connection.
3. Solution: If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide services such as mail-in repair, parts replacement, or complete machine replacement, depending on the nature of the fault.

IV.Repair and Return/Exchange Instructions
◼︎Quality Issues: If a functional defect is discovered within 7 days of receiving the goods, we will provide free return or exchange service upon verification, with shipping costs borne by our company.
◼︎After-Sales Service: We promise to continue providing original factory parts for 3 years after the product is discontinued.
◼︎Out-of-Warranty Service: Damage caused by accidental collisions, unauthorized disassembly, improper use, or the use of non-original consumables is not covered under warranty. For such cases, we will provide paid repair services.
